Prompt delivery and packed well. The pitcher is big but can only purify less than a liter at a time. Tested the alkalinity of the purified water and the water is a little bit alkaline (the color of the strip is between 7 and 8 wherein 7 is neutral). I will continue to test as we use the purifier but for now, this is 5 stars for me.
